Moving to a new country is a major life decision. At LusoDutch, we ensure you don't make that move alone. We are your eyes on the ground, your voice in the office, and your bridge to a stable, rewarding career in the Netherlands.
Why choose us as your career partner?
We are your primary contact for any workplace or administrative issues. You're never alone.
We only work with entities that provide high-quality housing and fair contracts.
We match your specific category (C, CE, or D) with the role that best fits your long-term goals.
Work & Integration — Everything you need to know
LusoDutch acts as your Expert Intermediary. We connect you with trusted Dutch employment agencies or direct companies that handle your contract and payroll. However, we remain your "Guardian" throughout the process—monitoring your integration and ensuring the employer meets all agreed-upon standards.
Labor Rights (CAO): All our partners adhere to the Dutch Collective Labor Agreements (NBBU/TLN). This guarantees your rights regarding hours, rest, and safety.
Workwear: Depending on your assignment, safety equipment (PPE) may be provided by the client. LusoDutch coordinates this to ensure you are fully prepared.
Public Holidays: Your LusoDutch consultant will clarify your calendar during onboarding.
Your satisfaction is the key to our success. If you face any issues, report them to LusoDutch immediately. We will intervene with the Dutch entity to resolve the situation. If you decide to move on, we assist in the transition to ensure your professional reputation remains intact.
You can reach out to us directly via WhatsApp or email. We're here to listen and act as your intermediary with the employer. Your voice matters.
Salary, vacations, health — we've got you covered
How are payments handled? Your salary is paid by the Dutch entity, but we oversee the process.
Discrepancies: If your salary or payslip is incorrect, notify us. We clarify with the employer and ensure errors are fixed.
Documents: We guide you on Dutch digital portals for payslips and annual tax statements (Jaaropgaaf).
How do I request leave? You accrue vacation days (at least 8.25% of worked hours). Requests are made through your workplace's system, and LusoDutch helps you navigate the process.
What happens if I get sick? Health insurance is mandatory in the Netherlands. We help facilitate insurance through our partners (deducted from gross pay). If ill, you're entitled to 70%–100% of your average wages. Notify both the workplace and LusoDutch immediately.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right — salary discrepancy, workplace issue, or any concern — reach out to us immediately. We're your intermediary and we act fast.
