LusoDutch acts as your Expert Intermediary. We connect you with trusted Dutch employment agencies or direct companies that handle your contract and payroll. We remain your "Guardian" throughout the process.
All our partners adhere to Dutch Collective Labor Agreements (NBBU/TLN), guaranteeing your rights on hours, rest and safety. Safety equipment may be provided by the client. Your LusoDutch consultant will clarify your calendar during onboarding.
Report it to LusoDutch immediately. We intervene with the Dutch entity to resolve the situation. If you move on, we assist the transition to protect your professional reputation.
Your salary is paid by the Dutch entity, but we oversee the process. Salary discrepancies are resolved directly with the employer. We guide you on Dutch digital portals for payslips and annual tax statements (Jaaropgaaf).
You accrue vacation days (at least 8.25% of worked hours). Requests go through your workplace system — LusoDutch helps you navigate the process.
Health insurance is mandatory in the Netherlands. We help facilitate insurance through our partners. If ill, you're entitled to 70%–100% of average wages. Notify both your workplace and LusoDutch immediately.
